So I was talking to a web designer who lives in NY and he was telling me about XHTML & CSS. Apparently thats what all web designers do. Talk about the web and web standards. Obviously TheTanziers.com had been mentioned by me and that it was a new site built from scratch.
What are you coding the site with?
I’m using dream weaver.
Ah, sweet. So your coding in XHTML/CSS.
[look out for the trademark Ummn]
Umnn, don’t think so.
You using the new DW right?
No, I still haven’t fully learned this one and I’m not gonna shell out for the upgrade.

XHTML, is a pain to convert. I recommend rather than trying to convert existing documents, create a new XHTML template then copy the content across.
I have noticed my code appears lighter and does appear to look more consistent not only with different browsers but on different platforms.
