Summer is over

My fave month of the year is over
not to worry. December will be upon us soon.
Boss is on holiday again, I’d laugh if he comes back with a broken leg. I let him off last time but won’t this time.
I’ve been rethinking of redoing this site. Although I don’t believe it needs it. Maybe a few touches here and there. I’ve seen some really nice sites/blogs out there and the quality is slowly increasing which is good. I was going to write about my fave blogs but I’ll save that for a later post.
Really must work on the content on this site sometime.
Anyway a few weeks ago I was in Manchester buying clothes. (Which I still haven’t taken out from the bags.) Was with a friend who is mad about soccer. And nuts about Man U. We had to go to Old Trafford! They had this blue t-shirt which he had to have.
Sport for me is something one person can do. Not a team of eleven. Something like boxing. So soccer goes straight over my head. Don’t really feel the game unless its international.
I really should have taken my digi cam. Manchester is a kewl place.
So we walk into the north entrance and hunt about for this t-shirt. Around the shop they have these huge plasma screens. Showing past football matches one after the other! wtf
Guess I was in the wrong place. Yeah the shop was kewl but freakin expensive even for my tastes. Poor sheep, I mean fans.
So my friends spotted the t-shirt he wanted. For anyone wondering at the time of writing it was one of there new training t-shirts.
Friend spots price.
‘hm, I can get this t-shirt $15 cheaper off the net’
me: ‘So why didn’t you get it off the net?’
‘Well with delivery and the amount of time it will take it ends up nearly the same. Also I wanted it quicker. Wait they haven’t got my size let me ask th guy over there if they have any in larger sizes.’
He walks over then comes back with a long face. After all that they have none in his size. For a main merchandise place that was pretty poor. Guess they can’t have everything ;x
