I got a call this morning while I was trying to get myself out of bed this morning >_< I always struggle to get out of bed in the morning. I was going to leave the call, but thought I best check. It was my boss telling me to get in earlier and that there was going to be a meeting at 9. Obviously that fool hadn't slept the night.

Well, that provided me with motivation to get out of bed. But there is no way I can get in early. Its one of those things which isn't going to happen. Anyway...

I ran into work, went to one side opened up, lucky I thought to myself, boss hasn't arrived! Ran to the other and the floor manager is getting told off in unkind words >_< I just had to walk in.

After a few words I went to my office. The manager from our parent company was to arrive at 2 ::groan::

I’ve met him before he was actually the stock manager when I first started work here 2 years ago. Thinking back he used to get taken for a ride on more than a few occasions. He was always asking for my stock file which I never sent. Things changed when they got there new system.

He arrived had coffee, went to all our sites and gave pointers. In the meeting he hinted at killing the work coming in if the next check doesn’t go well. Also the next stock take may run into the weekend. May even be a four day one.

I suddenly got promoted in the meeting after. Or should I say, sh!! passed onto me with no extra talk of $$.

Never mind, I can do that in my sleep.
